Ingredients of Strawberry Sorbet
500 gm strawberry
2 cup Water
3 tablespoon honey
2 egg whites
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
9 teaspoon gelatin
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 pinch salt
How to make Strawberry Sorbet (Steps)
To make your very own Strawberry Sorbet, take a bowl and add water in it. Then add the gelatin in the water. Let this sit for about 10-12 mins. Then pour this mix in a pan and put it on the stove. Let the mix heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved in the water.
Simultaneously, take the strawberries, wash them and chop them into small pieces. Put the chopped strawberries in the blender and blend them to make the puree.
Put the strawberry puree in a bowl and then put the gelatin mix in it. Fold them together. Next put the vanilla essence along with the honey. Mix them nicely. Once done, take a tray and pour this mix in that. Let it freeze for about 2 hours.
After 2 hours have passed, take the sorbet out of the tray. Put the cubes in a blender and blend them until you have a smooth mix. Let it sit for a while. Then take the egg whites and whip them nicely using a whisker. Add the lemon juice and season with salt. Whisk all these together.
Add this egg mix in the strawberry mix and fold. Put the sorbet prepared in the freezer and freeze until it is set. Then, take your Strawberry sorbet out and scoop out small portions. Your Strawberry Sorbet is ready.
