Ingredients of Hara Bhara Kebab
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 2 onion
  • 1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds ground
  • 4 tablespoon coriander leaves
  • 2 large boiled,mashed potato
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cup spinach
  • 4 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup green beans
  • salt as required
  • 1/2 tablespoon chaat masala powder
  • 2 tablespoon gram flour (besan)
  • 1/2 tablespoon dry mango powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 8 gm cashews
  • How to make Hara Bhara Kebab (Steps)
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Now add chopped onions and saute them for a few minutes. Add chopped beans and peas. Add salt as per taste, along with cumin powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, dry mango powder, garam masala, chaat masala and coriander leaves. Mix everything well and cook for a few minutes.
  • Lastly, add spinach leaves and cover the lid. Let them cook for a few minutes. Mix well and let the mixture cool down a bit.
  • Add the cooked mixture to a blender and blend to form a smooth paste. Pour this paste into a bowl.
  • Now to this paste, add mashed potatoes, besan, salt and black pepper powder. Mix well to prepare a dough.
  • Now heat 2 tbsp oil on a non-stick tawa. Place the tikkis/kebabs on it. Cook from both sides until golden brown. Serve the hara bhara kebabs with some mint chutney and enjoy.
