  • 4 tablespoon diced,peeled banana
  • 4 tablespoon lime juice
  • 4 tablespoon thinly sliced mint
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon shallots (small onions)
  • 4 tablespoon cashews
  • 8 kiwi
  • 4 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 cup red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon canola oil/ rapeseed oil
  • How to make Kiwi and Banana Salad (Steps)
  • To start with, take a deep bowl and mix together lime juice, chopped shallots, honey, salt, and cayenne pepper. Then add sliced kiwis, chopped bananas, sliced bell pepper and mint leaves. Toss to coat the ingredients well.
  • Once done, add some cashews on top of it. Transfer the salad to the serving plate and serve immediately.
